Most herbalists swear by herbal teas to solve issues such as indigestion, weight loss and insomnia. I’ll admit though that it’s difficult to come across research that proves these findings but if you’ve tried sipping any of the herbal teas, you must have felt the refreshing, soothing, calming and emergency effects that are different from your regular teapot. The beauty though with herbal teas is that you can make your own blends to suit your preferences. I enjoy ginger, rosemary and lime blends or ginger and cinnamon, so it’s up to you to select what makes you feel great. I discovered that there are over 1,000 types of teas. But I’ll stick to the common ones I know and the benefits you can tap.
